Every second Monday, 1pm - 3pm
Every Thursday, 4 30pm - 8pm

1:1 online physio consultations via video link on PhysiApp (Katie will email you a link at your appointment time). Appropriate for a thorough assessment of one issue or injury. Acute, chronic, and overload injury assessment, treatment and prevention; rock climbing specific exercise therapy and treatment strategies. On-the-wall assessment not currently possible.

Initial appointment (45 mins):              $85    
Follow-up appointment (30 mins):     $75

Payment at present is via bank transfer following receipt of invoice (sent to your registered email address)
Longer, individually tailored appointments available upon request; recommended for multiple conditions / areas to allow for thorough assessment

  • Private health extras welcome - many health insurers are providing telehealth rebates; please check with your insurer.  A receipt will be provided via email, which you can then submit to your insurer for refund of the covered amount. 
  • 45 minute follow-up appointments at your climbing gym of choice are not currently available.
  • Please note: a 100% cancellation fee will be charged unless cancellation is made >24 hours prior to your appointment.

These 15 minute sessions provide you with an expert assessment of your current training, be it on the hangboard or off. Please note: this does not include full training plan design and is not a substitute for a physiotherapy consultation.
